Slow Cooker Sunday!

I threw this into the crockpot this morning before heading over to baby bestie’s for the Ranger game. It smells amazing and I can’t wait to eat!


Buffalo Chicken

Yields 3; 1 cup servings

3 Chicken Breasts

1 Package of Dry Ranch Dressing

1 Cup of Frank’s Red Hot Buffalo Sauce

1 Tablespoon Butter

Put chicken in bottom of crockpot and then add the buffalo sauce. Then add dry ranch mix and stir. Throw in the butter. Put the lid on and turn it to low for 10 hours. Shred before serving! I’m putting the chicken over a salad. But it would be great for sandwiches.


After the Rangers’ great win, we all headed out for some driveway hockey! It was way too much fun and I worked up a good sweat, but still managed to smile for a pic with my baby bestie. Until tomorrow, Xo.
