I received this book in exchange for an honest review. I’ve never read a book like this one before. It’s a book that will help you think about your life and who you are. Each chapter takes on a different aspect in your life that you can ‘Learn, Grow, Evolve’. I’ve never read a self-help book before and this one was a real eye opener. It’s so well written and the author Monica, really speaks to you. I feel like this is a book that I can read over and over and it will continue to teach me new tools I can use in my everyday life to learn, grow, and evolve. Monica really asks you the reader to look in yourself and ask questions. I appreciate the tools that she teaches you to learn to love yourself. This book is an honest take on self-help and I think it’s the only way self-help books should be written. I recommend this 4.5 star book to anyone who is looking to deepen their relationship with themselves to be the best you can be, xo!
